Plans & trial
Every new Navi.sh workspace starts on a 14-day Trial. There is no free-forever plan: to keep using Navi.sh after the trial, upgrade to Starter or Pro. Current prices are listed on navi.sh/#pricing.
Trial
The Trial is free for 14 days from signup. No credit card is required.

Push, email, and Slack notifications, as well as webhook and integration ingestion, work normally during the trial.
When the trial ends

| Day 15 | The workspace is suspended: the app only lets you choose a paid plan, all monitors stop, integrations and webhooks stop accepting alerts, no notifications are sent, and the public status page goes offline. We email you the date the workspace will be deleted. |
| Day 30 after signup | If the workspace was never upgraded, it and all of its data are permanently deleted. |
Upgrading to Starter or Pro at any point, including while the workspace is suspended (days 15–30), restores everything immediately.
Paid plans
Both paid plans are billed per responder, with a minimum of 2 responders. Yearly billing includes 2 months free.

Cancellation and unpaid subscriptions
If a paid subscription is canceled, or stays unpaid past its grace period, the workspace is suspended at the end of the paid period: monitors stop and alerts are no longer ingested or sent. Your data is kept, with no automatic deletion, until you subscribe again or ask us to delete it.
